Voucher and code terms and conditions

 Facebook and Twitter Voucher Codes​

​

  1. Only one voucher code per customer.

  2. Voucher codes are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  3. Voucher code is discounted from full guest total. When booking enter code and discount will be applied to invoice.

  4. Code is only available for bookings made during June and July 2017 for bookings made between July 1st and Sept 1st 2017.

  5. Code amount can only be used once for the initially booked amount of guests. Any guests added after the initial booking payment are charged at the full amount. Upgrades made after the initial booking payment is made will be charged at the full amount.  

  6. If booking is cancelled by customer they may not use the voucher code again. Cancellation policy applies.

  7. If booking is cancelled by Teamfoolery the customer will be offered another date with the same discount. If a refund is desired from a cancellation on Teamfoolery's part, a refund will be given in the amount paid. It will not include the amount discounted.

  8. Discounts will be rounded down to the nearest penny.

  9. Vouchers and voucher codes can not be used in conjunction with any other discounts, vouchers and codes.

  10. Without the permission of Teamfoolery, it is not permitted to sell, trade or purchase vouchers or vouchers codes in any way. This also applies to purchasing vouchers or voucher codes from third parties.

  11. Teamfoolery reserves the right to discontinue a voucher code at any time or to modify any vouchers' terms and conditions.

£10 Discount on Christmas package

  1. Voucher code can only be used once.

  2. Only available on Christmas package bookings made between September 1st 2017 and 23:59 November 5th 2017.

  3. Valid at all London venues.

  4. Valid for bookings made within time limit, for events up until December 20th 2017. 

  5. Not valid on events at your location (£350 package).

  6. Voucher code will be discounted from guest total. When requesting date, enter code and discount will be applied to invoice.

  7. Discount amount can only be used for the initially booked amount of guests. Any guests added after the initial deposit payment and/or out of discount validity are charged at the full amount. Package upgrades made after the initial booking payment is made will be charged at the full amount.  

  8. If booking is cancelled by customer cancellation policy applies.

  9. If booking is cancelled by Teamfoolery the customer will be offered another date with the same discount. If a refund is desired from a cancellation on Teamfoolery's part, a refund will be given in the amount paid. It will not include the amount discounted.

  6. If booking is cancelled by customer they may not use the voucher code again. Cancellation policy applies.

Free champagne offer

  1. Entrants must be 18 or over to claim bottle.

  2. Entrants must also have previously played one of our Teamfoolery games.

  3. Form must be filled out to claim code. Code can then be used by as many people as you wish. 

  4. Champagne can only be claimed if a game is booked and played with in the time stipulated. It cannot be claimed for games already played.

  5. Code can only be entered at initial event inquiry "request booking" page. After this the code cannot be applied.

  6. Code can only be used once per event so one bottle per event not per guest.

  7. Champagne will be delivered to UK addresses only. This does not include the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands.

  8. Only available on bookings made before 23:59 September 1st 2018 for events up until October 20th.

  9. Valid at all London venues.

  11. Champagne will only be sent as long as the code has been used on an event that goes ahead. Cancelled games will mean a bottle is not sent. 

  12. Bottle will be sent the next working day after event has taken place.

  14. Extra gift for review includes those who have already posted reviews before offer began.

  15. Images used in promotion are not necessarily representative of prize.

  16. Size and brand of bottle may vary.
